In November 2024, Slévárna ANAH Prostějov s.r.o. acquired Synesgy Certificate evaluating business sustainability for individual companies. Synesgy is a global digital platform for assessing ESG factors within the supply chain. We, SLÉVÁRNA ANAH Prostějov, s.r.o., realize our responsibility towards environment and ecology thus significant part of our invesments go into projects that are related to air protection.
Based on above-mentioned, in August 2024 we initiated and subsequently successfully finished significant investment into a new filter facility for inhausting and filtration of fumes from ours cupola furnaces. The overall value of this investment is 400.000 EUR.
- we replaced the original filter BMD GARANT that served to eliminate emissions of ours cupola furnaces
- newly has been installed high-performance filtration facility from producer DEPURO s.r.o.
- in September 2024 has been this filtration facility by acknowledgement of Regional Authority approved for permanent service
Installation of this filtration facility brings below-mentioned positives:
- fulfillment of PM (Particulate Matter) limit is on 1/20 th of the legally required values
- significant decrease of production of particulate matter-PM 2,5 of approximately 95%
- decreasing of share of CO emissions
- significant improvement of working conditions for our employees.

In 2020 we purchased a new Original Prusa i3 MK3S 3D printer for model printing. Due to the heavy use of the printer, we purchased another 3D printer of the same brand in 2022. Currently / 2024/ we use printers from Průša 2 x MK3s+, 1 x MK4, 1 x XL.

ANAH FOUNDRY Prostějov, s.r.o. is the new owner of a license from MAGMASOFT, the world leader in the field of simulation software. This computer simulation provides the opportunity to monitor the progress of the production process even before the actual start of production. It enables the determination of optimal working conditions, improving the quality of casting production through the determination of the effect of lapping and the design of the sprue system. This makes it easier to predict problems that could arise during production and thus helps us prevent time and financial losses for us and our customers.
