Quality system

Our first priority target is good quality, keeping of delivery terms and satisfaction of our customers. All the company processes and management are checked yearly according to requirements ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000.
This professional certificate for the foundry and pattern shop has been obtained in February 2006.

The quality of each process is checked by an independent control:

• input check-in of raw material
• check-in of patterns
• analysis of foundry and core mixtures in our laboratory
 spectrographic analysis of the chemical composition by a SPECTROMAX appliance
• analysis of mechanical figures: tensile strength, hardness event. metallographic analysis
• check-out of the final products
• certificates according to CSN EN 10204
• Ultrasonic thickness measurement /UTT/
• Capillary tests /PT/
• Dimensional control
• Visual inspection
• Preparation room for metallographic cuttings and microstructure evaluation
• For an immediate operational evaluation of the qualities of liquid metal, we use a device for thermal analysis from the company HERAEUS

Quality of castings:

• Certificates of castings according to ČSN EN 10 204
• Dimensional logs
• Other documentation on request

Technical security:

Gauges and measuring equipment mostly come from renowned manufacturers and are continuously changed or modernized.
